Who processes your data
Al-Eman Schools is responsible for your data on this portal and uses it for recruitment only.
What we collect
Your email, name and mobile number, your answers in the application form, and the documents you upload (CV and certificates). We don’t ask for data the position doesn’t need.
Why
To review your application and contact you about it, and, if you agree, to consider it for suitable future positions. No automated system decides whether you are accepted or rejected.
Who sees it
Only the recruitment staff of Al-Eman Schools, each as their work requires. Every view of your file and every document download is logged. Your data isn’t shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept until the administration deletes it. The administration may set deletion periods later.
Your rights
To download a copy of your data, correct your name and mobile number yourself, withdraw an active application, withdraw your talent pool consent, and ask us to delete your data or correct anything else, all from the “My data and privacy” page in your account. We reply within 30 days. Questions: support@alimans.com.
Security
You sign in with a code sent to your email, and documents are stored outside the public site and opened only by you and the recruitment staff. Al-Eman Schools never charges any fee for recruitment.
