IT Support Technician

• Maintain and repair computers, printers and interactive boards. • Support staff and teachers with the systems and software in use. • Look after the network, user accounts and backups. • Keep the inventory of devices and IT supplies up to date.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or networking. • At least two years' technical support experience. • Knowledge of Windows, local networks and cybersecurity basics. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CCNA are an advantage. • Patient and friendly when explaining solutions to non-specialists.
